At Girl Power Fashions, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy in line with our supplier agreements. Please review our policy below before making a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
✅ You received the wrong item, size, or color.
✅ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ Your order never arrived within the estimated delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Lingerie, bras, panties, bodysuits, or any intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) unless the item is defective.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1️⃣ Contact Us by clicking here within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of any issues.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3️⃣ If a return is required, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Some items may not need to be returned, and a refund may be issued directly.
4️⃣ Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval and are credited to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank or payment provider (it may take time to process).
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us by clicking here, and we will assist you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
